Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, in its original condition, and returned with original packaging and proof of purchase.
Please do not send returns back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Personal-use items where return is not appropriate for hygiene reasons
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at playtimezoverceo@gmail.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and help resolve it.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded unless otherwise required by law. Sale, markdown, or clearance items are generally final sale.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if we sent the wrong item. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at playtimezoverceo@gmail.com.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit for the value of the return once the returned item is received and approved. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
If you are returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
